ACCIDENTS
• Harley T. VanBebber, 21, of Murrayville was cited on charges of improper lane use and improper use of an electronic communications device after his vehicle struck a light pole about 1:45 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of South Main Street.
No injuries were reported.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Andrew J. Collver, 50, of 1144 S. Main St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 1:15 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while license revoked or suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, having an expired registration, eluding a police officer and resisting a peace officer.
BURGLARIES, THEFTS
• Police investigated burglaries of three vehicles Friday night in the 1700 block of West Walnut Street.
Purses, which were later recovered, were stolen from two vehicles. All three vehicles were damaged during the burglaries, according to police.

• Mark L. Richard, 22, of 185 Cottage Ave., Chandlerville, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 11:45 p.m. Friday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and squealing/screeching tires.
