ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Tonya L. Kendall, 26, of Medora was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 8:30 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.
• Jason A. Thornton, 34, of 201 E. Liberty St., Virginia, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 3:10 a.m. Monday on a felony theft charge.
• Christy M. Barber, 35, of Baxley, Georgia, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 2:55 a.m. Monday on a warrant accusing her of violating probation on a felony theft charge.
• Richard E. Neff, 36, of 314 W. Cherry St., Winchester, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 10:05 a.m. Tuesday on warrants accusing him of failing to appear in court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked or suspended.
• Ryan C. Dyer, 20, of 1516 S. West St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 2:20 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while license revoked or suspended.

ACCIDENTS
• Tynia S. Vester, 31, of Raymond was cited on a charge of following too closely after a three-vehicle accident about 2:10 p.m. Tuesday at West Walnut Street and Founders Lane.
No injuries were reported.

• Tanista J. Knight, 30, of 676 S. West St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 7:40 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.
• Stacy E. Martin, 31, of 229 W. College Ave. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic battery.
• Stephanie R. Williams, 18, of 413 N. Church St. was arrested about 10:25 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of battery.
• A 17-year-old boy was arrested about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Tony A. Sanders, 52, of 229 W. College Ave. was arrested about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic battery.
• Ryan L. Rider, 23. of 149 Labor Drive was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of violating bail/bond.
BURGLARIES, THEFTS
• Someone stole some furniture from a residence in the 400 block of North Church Street, according to a report filed about 4:50 p.m. Tuesday.
