ACCIDENTS
• A vehicle driven by Jeffrey S. Swan, 49, of 201 S. Madison St. struck a vehicle driven by James L. White, 69, of 7 Bonnie Lane about 5:30 p.m. Monday while in the 200 block of West Morton Avenue. Swan then left the scene. He later was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to report an accident.
White; his passenger, Mildred F. White, 70, also of 7 Bonnie Lane; and Swan reported no injuries.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Edward E. Ray, 23, of 115 Clear Lake Road, Dawson, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 4:20 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
